1 Problem
Aluminium or tempered-glass cases still have frames, screws and seams that break visual continuity. Hardline builders want to not see the case — only components floating in space.
2 Idea
Cast a single block of optically clear fused quartz, precision-milled with cavities for each component, turning the whole build into a living glass sculpture.
3 Solution
CAD the component cavities, CNC-machine or cast the quartz at high temperature, then optically polish. Cooling via copper hardline routed through pre-milled channels, with tinted coolant as the accent.
4 Feasibility
Hard: quartz melts around 1700°C, machining is extremely costly, it is heavy and brittle, and air cooling is poor. We are developing a scaled-down mini-ITX version and testing cheaper substitutes (borosilicate, cast acrylic).

Stage: Developing
In development: a complete CAD model is done, plus a 1:2 acrylic mock-up to validate airflow and hardline layout.
